Dusit Thani Guam Resort Tumon, Tumon

While my stay at the hotel was enjoyable thanks to the beautiful beach and great service from some staff members, there were a few downsides regarding room cleanliness and dining expectations. My initial room was not up to my cleanliness standards, but the staff worked hard to resolve the issue. The dining experience could use improvement, especially considering the price I paid.

We had a fantastic stay at the Guam Plaza! The hotel is conveniently located next to various dining options, and the view from the restaurants was absolutely stunning. The service from the staff was exceptional, really making us feel welcomed and taken care of. Although the dining options were a bit pricey and limited, the experience overall was wonderful, with a few minor areas for improvement such as the cleanliness during our check-in. The value for money was good considering the quality of service we received.

I had mixed feelings about my stay. While the location was quite good with beautiful beach access, my experience at this hotel was marred by several issues.
